City of Bettendorf

This is a free opportunity for children up to 5 years old to test out their costumes and go trick-or-treating in a safe, welcoming, and warm environment. Bettendorf City Hall, located at 1609 State Street, will be decorated, and City Staff – including the Bettendorf Police and Fire Departments – will be handing out treats!
