Bettendorf’s 4th of July Festival

July 4 @ 11:00 am 10:00 pm

Bring your family and friends to the 2023 4th of July Festival, which will be held on Tuesday, July 4 from Noon to 10:00 p.m. on Spruce Hills Drive in front of Cumberland Square!

Bettendorf Transit Service will provide shuttle transportation to the Festival from Bettendorf High School. Shuttle services begins at noon and ends at 9:00 p.m.

Mayor Gallagher and City Council will serve FREE ice cream at the hospitality tent from Noon until 2:00 p.m.

Grace Moore will sing the National Anthem at this year’s 4th of July Festival. Grace grew up in Coal Valley, IL but now lives in Bettendorf. She just graduated from Bettendorf High School and plans on attending the University of Iowa, going for a dual degree in Business and Vocal Performance! Grace has been singing and performing ever since 1st grade and hopes to continue her musical passion forever.

The Bettendorf Park Band will play a free concert at 7:30 p.m. at nearby Veterans Memorial Park, 1645 23rd Street.
