Bettendorf Parks and Recreation Safely Home Alone

As a responsible young person, you may sometimes be trusted to stay home on your own. In this class, we’ll help you build the skills you need to feel safe, prepared, and confident when you’re home alone. You’ll learn important safety tips and how to recognize, prevent, and respond to emergencies. Safety experts from the Bettendorf Police Department will visit to share valuable information with all our students. Parents, we invite you to join your student for the final 10 minutes of class to hear about what they’ve learned! Ages 8 – 12
