Bettendorf Parks & Rec Balloon Twisting Workshop

In this fun and exciting workshop, students will learn the basics of balloon twisting from local magician, TJ Regul! All equipment needed to make an assortment of balloon creations in the workshop will be provided. Ages: 7 – 12
