On Saturday, February 3rd, the City of Bettendorf is hosting its annual Winter Carnival with the help of the Bettendorf Public Library, Family Museum, and Bettendorf Parks & Recreation Department.
There are inside and outside activities planned between 10am and 2pm, with the Winter Carnival’s Grand Finale taking place at the Bettendorf Community Center from 2pm-5pm:
