One Hour to Calm: Get Stress Relief from Breathwork. No experience needed— release stress and feel refreshed Feeling overwhelmed or carrying a lot of stress? Take a break from your busy day and recharge with a one-hour guided somatic breathwork session led by Angie Cleppe of Angie’s Breathwork, who is trained and certified in Somatic Breathwork. This is the perfect opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and release stress through the power of the breath. Somatic breathwork is a guided breathwork practice that helps release stress, reduce physical tension, and create a sense of deep relaxation and clarity. Many people find that breathwork helps them manage anxiety, process emotions, and feel more grounded. Angie will guide you through the entire session, making this accessible whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have previous experience. You’ll lie comfortably on a yoga mat while your breathing is guided step-by-step. Come with an open mind and leave feeling refreshed and centered. Treat yourself to the gift of calm, clarity, and renewed energy. Limited Participation:15 people for each session Contraindications: Soma+IQ™ Breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
