Bettendorf Parks and Recreation Summer Tennis is managed by Dan Patrick who has been a USPTA teaching tennis professional directing summer camps for over 20 years. Additionally, coaches Tim Baldridge, Betty Christian, Kevin Johnston, Rich Hoover and many of last year’s staff will return to teach this summer!
Levels:
Beginner: Little to no experience. Beginners will learn and develop the basic strokes.
Intermediate: Some experience; can sustain a rally from the baseline and serve. Intermediates will work on stroke development, scoring, movement, and playing.
Advanced: Considerable amount of experience; advanced players will work on drills, strokes, strategy, and match play. For high school and junior varsity level players.
