Every year, the City of Bettendorf hosts a 4th of July Celebration on July 4, which includes a day full of festivities: a PARADE in Downtown Bettendorf, a FESTIVAL on Spruce Hills Drive in front of Cumberland Square, and a FIREWORKS SHOW in Middle Park.
